my headphones don't show up under bluetooth.

I have to accounts on my Mac book computer. 1 is my main one that I use for work and the 2nd is for my games or just browsing and shopping. My Beats Flex connect just fine to my main account but on my second one they don't show up. I tried and they just don't show up. I know it not the headphones because when I go to my computer's main account they connect but on the second one they don't show up.

We see that you're having an issue with your Beats connecting to your MacBook when using a different user profile. We'd like to start by trying to isolate the issue a little further. To do this, we'd like to have you start your MacBook in safe mode and then sign in to the account that you haven't been able to connect your Beats with when you're using this account.


The following page will guide you through on how to start in safe mode, if needed. Also, make sure to follow the steps for the specific Mac that you have.

Also, make sure that your Mac is running the latest version of software.
