In order to cancel your Nebula subscription just click the link:

Enter your e-mail associated with the subscription/payment and click "Cancel"
Refresh the page and double check to make sure the status was changed to "Cancelled"

You can go in the app under the homepage/horoscope page where settings are in right upper corner and under general it will say how to cancel subscription, but will be two places one for mobile-based or web-based. If you can’t find it under the iCloud subscriptions to cancel, it might not have been done in the mobile app directly. So you might have to just click on “cancel web subscription” one. Then type in your email and then it will let you click cancel see if that helps.
If you’re having trouble with your subscription, try canceling directly through the app settings. If that doesn’t work, just send Nebula a quick email or message through their site. I’ve found their customer support to be pretty on top of things, so they should be able to help!

For billing inquiries or refund requests, reach out to the Support Team at nebula.support@nebulahoroscope or use the "Contact Us" option in the app. Additionally, cancellation guides can be found in the settings menu.

That is because you started the free trial with Nebula directly on their website, which bypassed Apple's ability to manage the subscription. They are billing your account directly and it is not done by Apple. The subscriptions that are managed by Apple are only the ones that you have made with an in-app purchase. You probably were directed to that companies website from a link on a social media page or an advertisement while playing a game. Review the posts here and you will find the link to cancel the subscription using the website where you started the free trial.
In the future, if you want to be able to cancel subscriptions easily with them being managed by Apple, do not sign up for any offers that are provided on a companies website.

Nebula actually has customer support, so you should probably look there directly. Contact them through the app - just report an issue, and they should get back to you. Even better option - go to their website asknebula and contact them through the message button to get help with your issue. I have been using Nebula for months now, and I personally enjoy it. But if run into a problem I think they should be able to help!
I’ve seen some people mention issues with canceling, but for me it was straightforward! 🙌 Just go to the settings in the app and cancel from the subscription tab. Nebula’s customer support is pretty solid too - they should be able to sort it out for you quickly! 🤞
Go to settings and find your subscription in the app directly, cancel it from here. If not, send them an email, and they should be able to help you figure it out 👌

I had a small issue once and contacted Nebula’s support through their website. They got back to me pretty quickly and resolved it. If you’re struggling with a refund or cancellation, just give them a shout—they’ve been helpful in my experience.
Go into Apple Account Scroll down to Subscriptions& Nebula Should be there Cancel Payment, I am waiting to see if it has Works as i followed Google’d Instructions.
