Why can't I find my Nebula subscription on the App Store?

Exactly going through the same thing as well. My bank canceled my cards and I still got charged on the new card. I didn’t subscribe to nebula or anything like that and don’t even know how to cancel it.

I would like to cancel my subscription to Nebula Astrology, but I can no longer find it either in my email or through Apple. it took my money and I don't want it to happen again. And I don't have it downloaded in the application and I didn't even register there, it was by mistake through an Instagram ad.

I didn’t even sign up to the subscription and they keep trying to take €39 & €49 three times a day for the past few days. Luckily I don’t have any money in my account at present but can’t seem to find out how to cancel the thing.

Did you manage to find a way? The reply from apple was completely useless.

Did you resolve this? I have the same issue I cancelled my card I haven’t gotten my new card yet but I’m afraid they will find a way to charge me in my new card as well.
