Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

i can connect all other devices in my home, inclucing my spouse's i phone. i can connect my phone to other people's internet. i just cannot connect my i phone to my home internet.

there are no other details to provide. i simply cannot connect my i phone to my home internet service. i can connect to other people's internet. all other devices, including my spouse's i-phone will connect immediately to the internet. but not my phone. i have done all of the things suggested and none of them work.

Check the route settings -> Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password

If you need help with your Wi‑Fi password – Apple Support (UK)

  •  You need to sign in to your router.
  • The Wi-Fi network name, or SSID (service set identifier), is the name your network that has a password.

 

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
