Iphone 13 Pro Max Display white after software update
I am writing to express my frustration with my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After a recent software update, the display turned white and has not been functioning properly since. I have contacted Apple support regarding this issue, but was informed that I would not be eligible for a free replacement.
I am extremely disappointed with this response, as I believe that this issue is a result of the software update and not due to any fault of my own. I have been a loyal Apple customer for many years and have always trusted in the quality and reliability of your products.
I would appreciate it if you could review my case again and consider offering a different solution. I believe that I deserve a replacement for my iPhone 13 Pro Max, as I have not been able to use it properly since the software update.
