Gold or Silver iPhone and Camera

Will bright sunlight reflect off a gold or silver iPhone and mess up the quality of the photo? Thanks!

The color of the iPhone will not affect the picture quality. Light is reflected away from the camera, not towards it.

Is it possible to damage the iPhone 13 camera by taking a photo of the sky I took a photo of the sky by pointing my iPhone 13 camera to the sky for about 10 seconds. It's only when I checked my photo afterwards that I noticed how bright this particular patch of whiteness (most probably from the sun) is! Has taking this photo damaged my camera or will I be just fine? Sorry if I sound a bit paranoid - I just bought this phone and I'm not too keen on breaking it right away ;) More information is listed below.

The best way to find out is to either try it or ask sales staff at an Apple store.

There is no surface on the iPhone that is in the way, therefore light cannot reflect into the camera. You need some sort of surface where the light can shine into the camera from in order to get a glare.
