Seems ever since I installed Ventura on my M1 iMac, 1Password 8 is problematic, specifically with autofill. Anyone having similar issues? And what about 1Password for Safari: is it less secure?

When you encounter an unexpected behavior on your Mac a good first step is to test to see if the issue occurs in safe mode. The support article Use safe mode on your Mac will walk you through the steps to start your Mac into safe mode, and also covers how to proceed based on the results of that test. If starting into safe mode resolves the matter it may be a setting or software conflict that needs further isolation to resolve.
If the issue continues and none of the suggested steps help then contacting the developer of that software would be the next step. If you acquired this from the App Store then How to contact an app developer instructs on how to reach the appropriate team for assistance.
