not able to login to app store but able to login to i cloud

i have mac book Pro 13 retina, installed os x 10.9

want to install 11.9 or higher , when try to download trying to login it saying "your apple ID or password is incorrect but with same apple ID and some password i can login to i cloud


please if some one can help me

See if you can upgrade to 10.11, 10.12, 10.13, 10.14, or 10.15, see sys requirements...
