Your MacOS version may need updating to the newest compatible MacOS version:
Eg: Seems you have MacOS 11.7 installed. If you haven't already updated recently: Look in System Settings > Software Updates to see if an update is waiting to be installed:
Eg: What's new in the updates for macOS Big Sur - Apple Support says macOS Big Sur 11.7.10
NB: If updating:
Please remember: It is always wise to back up your Mac data before updating or upgrading:
Else: If your Mac is already using the newest compatible MacOS version for that model (year)
