An Apple Arcade App just appeared on my iPhone, anyone else seen this or could I have some how accidentally downloaded it? TIA

One way this can happen is if you have other Apple devices that you may have downloaded the app to. If this one is set to automatically download all purchases, then it would appear here also.
Check this by tapping on Settings > App Store and check the App Downloads setting.
