After updating to iPadOS 18.4, an app called PokerStars appeared on my device. I'm not sure if I had previously installed this app - if I did, it would have been years ago. I'm concerned about why this app would suddenly become visible after the system update.

Several reports have been seen in various technical news outlets, concerning unexpected reappearance of previously deleted Apps, after updating to iOS/iPadOS 18.4.
While Apple hasn’t commented on the issue (to my knowledge), it appears to be confined to previously purchased and installed apps that unexpectedly reappear after being deleted. As of now, the issue seems benign, pending further information.
Simply remove the unwanted zombie App from your device(s).
