I am being billled monthly for an app that I don't believe I signed up for and is being billed to me on Apple Card. I do not want that to happen any longer. I believe that Total Adblock is a scam that is being helped to perpetuate through my Apple Pay. Please block future payments. It seems to be impossible to reach their customer service.

Only you can do that.
On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > your name at the top > Subscriptions
On a Mac, go to System Settings > your name at the top > Media & Purchases > click the Mange button next to Subscriptions
Cancel any subscriptions you want to stop.
I'm sorry you've had to deal with this. I am in the process of fighting these grifters for the same reason. They charged my Amex $40 for an in-person chat service I declined. Now, I am working with Amex to dispute all there charges. The stupidest thing is I was never able to get into my account to even cancel it. They didn't recognize my email or password that I set up with them. Some of the best revenge is leaving a horrible review of their actions, which they earned.
Total Adblock is committing fraud. Today, I made a one-time purchase from the Apple Store paid for through PayPal which, somehow, was turned into a monthly subscription which I only found out when I reviewed my PayPal account later today. I cancelled the recurring payments from my PayPal account and got a reply from Total Adblock verifying the cancellation of recurring monthly payments. I hope that there won't be any more payments as there shouldn't be. Apple should police the Apps sold through the Apple store and prevent this fraudulent bait-and-switch practise.
Notify your bank. It's a scam and the bank will take care of it.
It’s not listed as a current or past subscription. I’ve reported it to the bank and have gotten refunds for some of the payments but I was charged $9.95 again today.
This is happening to me also. It’s a scam. Emails to them come back undeliverable.
Same thing happened to me. Finally got it stopped.
