I can’t get the 5G on my iPhone 13 ProMax to work so I am unable to get any internet when outside of my WiFi. I have tried multiple times to go into my Settings to turn off 5G and selected LTE instead but my phone always still shows 5G.

No matter how many times I change Settings to use LTE it still shows that it is using 5G in the upper right corner and I can’t get the internet on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I know that the 5G works in my area because the 5G pulls up the internet on my iPad Air 3 but the 5G is definitely not working on my iPhone 13 Pro Max to be able to get internet or send Emails I can’t seem to turn it off to see if the 4G might possibly work. I have turned off my iPhone multiple times but nothing seems to work. Any other suggestions?
