5G not working on my iPhone 14 Pro

As long as my iPhone 14 Pro is on WiFi, I can access any app, iMessage, or Safari. The second I turn it off, 5G refrains from working and will not connect. This happened after connecting to a cruise ship onboard WiFi. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. I have the AT&T Premium Plan with unlimited everything with no slowing after a certain data point, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve updated iOS, done a soft reset with the phone, blah, blah, blah, and still can’t figure it out. In the meantime, my husband’s iPhone 8 plugs right along with no issues. I’ve had to use HIS hotspot for service when WiFi-less. Ha! Help please?

5G is a cellular feature, so you should contact AT&T for help with this issue; they may need to reset some account settings on their end.

Have you tried traveling to a different part of your area to see if 5G connects there to rule out issues with your local cell tower?
