IPhone 12 mini charging problem
I have an iphone 12 mini when I charge my phone with apple 20w charger it charges 59% in 30 minutes is this normal charging?? But how true is Apple's claim of 50% charge in 30 minutes?

There are many caveats when any brand claims things like this, thats why you'll always see an asterisk sign. Weather conditions, humidity, whether the device is on with apps running in the background, data on or off.
All these factors add to the constant drain of the battery too. Suppose your phone battery is at 0 percent and is on charge now. there are 10 apps in the background. Mobile data is on and so is your wifi and bluetooth. also, constant search of carrier network is on too which consumers a lot of battery. so this may affect the claimed speed of charging. Never go as per the exact advertised claims, would be my suggestions.
