Facial recognition is not working at all on iPhone 11 Pro Max I have reset the facial recognition to no avail please advise

I understand you are experiencing problems with Face ID on your iPhone 11 Pro Max.
Please check that the lens of the Face ID is not dirty, or if anything else is in front of it like your phone case. If this is not the case I recommend you to click on the link below.
