iPhone case replacement
I dropped my phone and the case broke. Can I get a replacement, does it have a guarantee?

Did you purchase this case directly from Apple or an Apple Authorized Reseller? If so, you may have some recourse if you are expecting to get a replacement case for free.
However, just be aware that, there is a good chance, that you will have to pay the full cost for a replacement.
All Apple products come with a one-year limited hardware warranty that covers manufacturing defects. That would require an Apple Technician to examine this case to see if it broke, not from the fall, but because of this type of defect. Note that this warranty does not cover accidents or user abuse.
On the other hand, if you elected to get an AppleCare+ plan when you purchased your iPhone, the case may be covered in this situation ... and you may find that you can get a replacement at a reduced cost.
