Seagate External Hard Drive won't show in Finder

The light on my external hard drive is on and I can feel it running. My Finder settings is checked to show both Hard and External disks. I tried to run First Aid on the greyed out "Segate Backu..." however the progress bar keeps going back and forth and the message states "Running".

Does anyone know why this stopped working suddenly and can anyone help me fix this issue so i can use my external hard drive? It has my entire itunes library on it as well as all my photos.

See if you can force mount the drive...

your DiskUtility>View> Mount
