Incoming Windstream email in IPhone not working when using cellular signal

I have Windstream email currently on my IPhone 14 Promax. A few months ago I noticed that when I was not on my home Wi-Fi and using cellular only, I was not receiving email. I can send but not receive. Windstream has not been able to fix the situation. Any ideas?

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities.  


You have done some great troubleshooting so far by contacting your email provider and using the troubleshooting steps in the Apple Support article for email issues.


Since this only happens when you are using cellular data, please also check that your mail apps have access to cellular data. You can confirm this in the Settings app following these instructions: View or change cellular data settings on iPhone.


Please reply back if you continue to notice an issue after confirming that your mail apps can access cellular data.
