I have connected an APC UPS 600 VA / 330 WATTS to my iMac which is running Mojave 10.14.6. Unfortunately, PowerChurte has been discontinued for macOS.

I have followed the directions below, but there are no UPS Options of any kind anywhere as shown below. Any suggestions?

It says "No".
As far as your Mac is concerned, the UPS is not present or its cable is not connected to anything:
It should indicate "Yes"
No additional software is required.

Try to see at Apple Menu > About This Mac... > System report > Power.
If it says Yes, UPS is connected, if it's No, you forget to connect UPS condition cable to your iMac USB port.
