NRC Plan not showing on Apple Watch

Hi I installed the NRC app on my iPhone and watch and my plan showed in the watch and synched with the phone. For some reason after a couple of weeks the plan disappeared from the watch. I have followed all the steps recommended on this forum to no avail. I have reinstalled the app on my phone, checked all the settings but still cannot get the plan to load again on my watch. All my running data synchs with my phone but doesn’t update my plan. Any further ideas welcomed before I switch to another app.
