RESETTING AN IPHONE THROUGH ITUNES ON A DELL INSPIRON

I CANT GET my dell with windows 10 to the finder in the itunes app. any suggestions?

There is no Finder in iTunes for Windows. Finder is the file browser on Macs.

There should be device icon at the top of the iTunes screen to open the device properties.

Then click on Summary on the left pane:

click here ➜ Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch in iTunes on PC - Apple Support
