Wireless charging for my Iphone 13 while in my 2023 GMC truck

my iPhone 13 worked on the wireless charging pad in my '22 GMC Sierra; but won't charge on the wireless charger in my '23 GMC Sierra; have taken it to the dealership three times and they blame the iPhone; I don't believe the MagSafe issue is at fault since it worked on the earlier version of the GMC.

My iphone 14 will not wirelessly charge in my 2023 Porsche Panamera- older iphones do charge successfully.I have tried it with and without the case- no difference. I have asked Porsche who say this is not a known issue, ask Apple etc. The phone does also charge on other wireless pads- but seems quite slow (not sure if this is relevant). I would like to get to the bottom of this mystery! Any advice or ideas appreciated.

I think it is due to the camera lenses protruding from the back of the phone. It must be completely flat on this charger. Is there anything to add to the back of the phone to allow the induction charging
