Every time I want to use my studio display with my windows computer I need to unplug it from my mac mini and plug into the windows machine, is there a switcher or splitter I can use?

The Studio Display is a Thunderbolt 3 monitor so you would need a Thunderbolt KVM switch. A quick Google search produced this website...

That website doesn’t actually list any TB3 KVMs. It just says “Thunderbolt is cool because you can just use a USB-C KVM!”
Which is broadly true, unless you want to use a Thunderbolt monitor.
