How to add a device to iCloud backup
I made a mistake and deleted the wrong device from the iCloud backup and don’t know how to re-add it back so I can use it if I have to transfer info or anything.

Did you mean you turned off iCloud Backup on the wrong device? Turn it back on.
I know of no way to "remove a device" from iCloud Backup, although you can remove a device from the Apple Account, in which case sign in again, the backups will still be there.
If you mean you deleted the wrong icloud backup then it has gone for good. Back it up again.
