How do I reset my Beats X?

My Beats X doesn't give a signal on the Light, only when I plug in the charger does the light turn on and then it turns red, when I press the button it blinks for a few minutes but it doesn't connect to the phone. what do i need to do i need urgent help

My new Beats won't turn on Recieved new wireless Beats as a gift yesterday. After charging all night they won't turn on. If they're plugged into the charger my iPhone 7 connects with them But as soon as I unplug they disconnect and won't turn on.
