Is this what a blocked imessages appears like?

  1. Above the text mssg I sent it states:

"iMessage

2) It's remained blue colored where all others sent to this person would turn to green abt 20 seconds after I sent texts to him, as they all have since sending that one text ( it's still blue?).

3) Where all prior others continue to show above my text sent to him the same "imessage" heading despite them turning green, this 1 in particular still is reflecting the blue.

4) After all previous messages sent to this 1 person turned green, they also stated at the end of my sent mssgs "Sent as a text message".

5) This one's perplexing for me, as at the end of it ( the 1 that's still showing as a blue one), there's nothing. No "Delivered" or "Read at xx:xx) statements.

Just has nothing underneath it.

All additional messages I've sent since then are as they've always been, green colored with "sent as a text message" underneath each.

I posted last week a related question, as I was believing that I'd been blocked, however further explanation to the expert and he wrote that my messages are not blocked.

Am I, perhaps, blocked by his iMessenger, now?

It's difficult to understand as the "behavior patterns" with him throughout the yrs, particularly with the green color changes, at times would be due to his data access (lives in Canada) and also due to his propensity to frequently turn off his iMessage feature on his iPhone.

No. When imessage is unavailable due to either you or the recipient is in an area with a weak wifi or cellular data signal or has imessage turned off, it will send as a text message.
