How to fix Crunchyroll black screen issue on Mac studio?

This issue is specific to the website Crunchyroll and streaming shows no video when using HDMI on a Mac Studio running Ventura 13.5/Safari 16.6 and the HDMI port. Issue is only happening on Safari and Chrome/Firefox are OK on HDMI.

Video player shows images that SHOULD appear andI can see closed caption text as well as some images that appear on the video but the rest is black.

Any thoughts why this is happening with HDMI-HDMI on the monitor and not when I shift it to HDMI-thunderbolt/USB-C? I thought it was the cable until I tested HDMI-HDMI on the other browsers and they were fine.

I'm not sure if the problem is related to that, but I have 3 monitors , 2 LG and the main display (to a MBP M1 MAX) and the same problem.

When I disconnect one of the LG screens the problem disappears.

I doubt is a real solution but is an option to try :)
