UNDO Draft Email Text

Help… I accidentally deleted email text changes in DRAFT mode.

I had saved a partly written email in drafts on iPhone. Went back later to continue writing and making changes. However, I accidentally highlighted the entire text. Evidently compounded my mistake by accidentally hitting the keyboard and was left with a blank email containing only a partial group of bullet points. ( GULP!)

I froze in my tracks just to post this.

I fear if I “Cancel” I might only be able to get back to the original draft email?? If i “Save Draft”, I am absolutely panicked that I may lose a huge amount of detailed instructional text I had changed/added AND I’ll lose the original email draft.

Is there ANY hope of an “UNDO” command or a “menu short-cut” in Apple Mail on iPhone to correct the STUPIDITY of my “late night editing” error??!!
