Hotspot unusably slow

I just switched from LG G7 to a iPhone 14. I never had any issues with using a hotspot with my android, which was 4G LTE. Now that I started using the iPhone 14 on 5G, the hotspot speeds are unusably slow. I need to be able to connect using a hot spot for work. (Main reason I upgraded phones.) The Phone’s internet is not having any issues and when I switch to an android phone I have no issues. Have others had this issue? Does anyone have a solution?
