Can't accept terms and conditions when trying to reset MacBook password through recovery
If you're trying to reset your MacBook password through recovery and keep getting stuck on this screen not being able to agree to the terms and conditions, this fix worked for me. There was no option to "set up later" for iCloud as it was not a new computer. The issue is that the newest terms and conditions haven't yet been accepted by your iCloud account. When I called in what they did to fix it was push the terms and conditions to my phone where I was able to accept them. After that, I was able to reset my computer password through Apple ID with no problem because it didn't have to prompt me to accept the T+C.
