Apple watch 7 41 mm vs 45 mm - huge difference for same exercise
I have two apple watches small size and big size.
I do same exercise of yoga every day.
I used the 45mm bugger size for 1 week and it showed near to 300 kCal burnt every day (approx)
Now I used the smaller size for same exercise for 1 week and it has almost 80 to 100 kCal lower than the bigger size.
That make me think that the calories burnt is not even accurate.
Any thoughts please?
