how long is express replacement service going to take?

I sent my phone to them with express delivery tag they provided. I was told that my new phone would be express sevice back to me as soon as they received my old one.Now they say it is being repaired and can take up to 12 days. This does not make a bit of sense.

Express replacement - device not available. I have a 12 pro that had an accident, totally damaged, request for express replacement. The guy I talked said it's gonna be delivered within 3-5 business days. Today is the 7th day. Called customer service, they don't have availability on 12 pro, put in back order. I escalate to a manager who told me they have an internal rule for delivery period which is 14 days so I have to wait another 2 weeks and they will call me and let me know what's next. WTH??? As I know they have to send an identical model or a newer one in the same class (13 pro or 14 pro). I don't want to wait another 2 weeks. I payed for a service (apple care+ & replacement fee = $400) and they don't want to respect the agreement conditions. They put on hold another $1500 on my credit card. This is absolutely disgusting. What are my options?

I have waited 10Days for my replacement I have waited 10Days for my replacement of 15pro max to be sent and have yet to get a processing or anything after being told it would ship out after the returned device was received on the 11th of October and now I’m being told I have to wait until November to receive my device when a senior advisor told me more than 5x that my situation is priority and I will not wait that long to receive my replacement device
