Can I data entry into Numbers file?

Is it possible to data entry into existing Numbers file?

You can enter data into an existing Numbers document unless the table into which you want to enter that data is locked. In that case you would need to unlock the table before entering the data.

Copy and Paste Old Numbers to New Numbers, NOT I just installed the new version of Numbers... with a pay option!!?? I attempted a copy and paste from the older version to this new one. Doesn't work. What was Apple thinking?!!! I had a Header Row I use and was setting up a new spreadsheet, wanting to use the same header row. How do I import records from one Numbers document to another? How do I import records from one Numbers document to another? Or from a CSV document. This should be a very basic operation, but I can't find a way to do it. Thanks for the help.

Thanks, I am glad it can be done but Is there YouTube demo for Numbers data entry using Apple Watch?
