I lost all my apps on my phone how can I recover them I had them in folders

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 15

If you have deleted them then you will have to redownload from the App Store else...

Check for it under the App Library. Next to the last page of the Home Screen. If it is in the App Library Touch, Hold and Drag the icon to Home Screen. That's it.
