Unable to block a spam email address in apple mail I have a spam email that I try to block and add to junk. It cannot be blocked in Apple mail or even Outlook as all my emails are synced with outlook. I have always been able to block spam, other than this particular email that comes in periodically and I always recognize it. I just tried the unsubscribe option in mail, not sure if I tried that previously, but I don’t understand why I can’t block this address?

Mail

Add the email address you want to block to your Contacts.
For email addresses, go to Settings > Mail > Blocked > Add New.
Select the contact you want to block.
