why is my app showing device locked contact admnistrator

Whenever I want to login into a particular application on my iPhone 13 Pro Max with my details containing username and password it brings out DEVICE LOCKED. PLEASE CONTACT ADMINISTRATOR

Do you have a MDM profile / company iPhone?

If so, contact your company - IT department.
