AppleTV Login Box disappears before I can enter my information in Chrome

100% good call, this is not a google issue and its a joke that they would even act like a break in THEIR website is chromes fault. I can say as a front-end developer that the responsibility is 100% on them. ....As if web devs are contacting google every time their site breaks on chrome, or as if chrome wasnt the standard. This isnt the military or some old education system. Your site should work on chrome.

This fix was reported by johnny appseed above. The problem is some people don't want to reset their browers back to the original default settings. So for them this is not a fix.

I implemented this "fix" and now I have to relogin to all my social accounts, such as twitter, facebook, ect. Plus I have to reinstall all the browser addons I had. Fortunatly for me this was not a big deal, for others it may be a big deal.

Microsoft Edge as well. If it's happening in 3 different browsers and on different computers and phones, then it isn't user error. It's Apple's issue

In Firefox it was only necessary to clear the browsing history, and it worked fine thereafter.

Are you saying that the response to your broken website is to contact google support? That's crazy.... Seeing as how Google Chrome is the number one browser used, Is it possible you maybe provide a tiny bit more insight on the matter? or other possible fixes?

This is a bs response. There are many of us experiencing the same problem with the tv.apple.com website. We cannot login and cannot manage our accounts. This is keeping me from being able to cancel my account.

Your response is to contact google support. I contacted google support, they said contact apple. Neither of you know anything about anything and your app is total ****. Unsubscribing.

Experiencing the exact same problem for days now. I've been trying to login to cancel my Apple TV account, but cannot because Apple's broken login screen.

Why am I paying for Apple 1, which includes Apple TV+, if I can't log in, let alone watch on my Windows laptop?

I did chat with support. They were clueless. Told me there's an Apple TV app for Windows. There isn't (except maybe in you have Windows on XBox).

Apple needs to address this or lose its reputation for customer service.

It's an issue for me on Firefox and not Chrome. So it's an issue with Apple. Even logging in on Chrome, it continues to tell me to "try it free" even though I just paid $6.99 to watch Friday night baseball. I can't even get the login box on Firefox. This is complete unacceptable for one of the largest companies in the world.

Sorry, can't help with that. I left Apple about 12 yrs ago for similar problems as this, it was always some lockdown feature that kept me from doing something I wanted to do. My solution, a mind-numbing 1 week experience moving over to Android with the data, etc., then after that, I've been very happy. I recently signed up for Apple MLS package and now can't even log in because Apple is the one website that apparently doesn't 'like' Firefox and I can't even log in to Apple now. Just re-confirms my decision to leave and deal with the stare down look from my peers because I don't have an Apple phone. Sorry if I've wasted your time with my venting.

Thank you hebgengirl for that advice on the reset settings in the browser. Worked instantly and now i can log into apple music too. Am so disappointed with apple. They should have known about that option and the fact none of them did amazes me that they are even employed in that department.

This is still an on going issue.
