Are there any rootkits possible? Damage boot flash drive files

hi dudes

I believe my macos is not from apple. I monitored the install log window. Very strange behaviour. I ve downloadeac os nsaller from appstore and made a bootable usb drive. But in first run it shows an error, and after it appears options menu (as if i chose options instead of usb) and the only way is to install os from recovery part.

ps.

and i used to have 500gb ssd. Now it is only 279 and can do nothing

very appreciate any advice or help

Also the progress bar starts from 50%full and shows 3 or 4 hours. And doesnt move untill i let the screen turn off. Next time i turning it on i see the progress had moved far but in the log file i see “screen is on” and nothing happens. Untill i let off the screen Again
