Anyone else get burned wearing an Apple Watch 8?

My skin peeled off in a day. At Apple, they're not at fault, and they tell the hospital to do an allergy test. Or use a case. My wound is the same as the position of the sensor. I'm just looking at it after putting on medicine and not wearing a watch for a day.
