Whenever, I right click on any text part (may be in Chrome, Notes, anywhere), then the text portion where right clicked get automatically selected and show the properties of that text. How to disable that.

What is being suggested below will be System Wide
Disable the Secondary Click in System Setting >> Mouse >> Point & Click

Though, when I right click on any text in Safari or Notes, I do get many options but do not seem to get " properties of that text "

I don't get the Disable option in secondary click
And also the automatically selecting text is quiet irritating in some case, such as right click on a website link in google search

You are using a Third Party Mouse which does not offer the full and avail features that an Apple Bluetooth Mouse does offer
Yes, i am using a logitech USB mouse, then can you please suggest any other mouse other than Apple Bluetooth mouse
FWIW, there is no third-party mouse that will have the same features as an Apple mouse.
I will only recommend that which I use

Then which one is the best: Apple Magic mouse or Magic trackpad
That's a personal choice. Some prefer one over the other.
You can use both magic mouse and magic trackpad at the same time. You don't have to choose between one or the other.
