When you purchased online, you should have seen an estimated shipping date. Apple’s estimated date is usually very accurate.
The shipping status should change to “preparing to ship” about 24hrs before your order leaves Apple.
Other than information that you see on Apple’s website, if you have any queries, contact Apple using the contact information that will have been included in your order confirmation email.
