Safari Quitting During Lock/Sleep

As of the beginning of August, I'm having an issue with Safari quitting when MacOS is locked or in sleep. No error messages are produced. I am not being logged out of MacOS due to inactivity. No other app quits. I have tried disabling and also removing all extensions. Is there any way that I can diagnosis this?

Seems odd...

verify your software is up to date…

The current stable release of Ventura including bug fixes, security updates is macOS Ventura 13.5

Keep your Mac up to date - Apple Support

—You can try launching Safari with the Shift key held down...and compare your results.

—You can try a SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies. Reboot as normal and compare your results.
