I dropped my iPhone and my Face ID isn’t working
I dropped my phone on accident today while washing my hands, and now when I try to use Face ID it says it’s unavailable, but I’ve tried everything to get it to work.

Hello,
Apple has several documents helping you with Face ID.
This Support article is specific to seeing a 'disabled' Face ID alert, and explains what to do when you see that notice or an issue with the TrueDepth camera. --> If an alert says Face ID has been disabled on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
Unless a software update solves the problem you may need to have Apple take a look at your device. Use this link to set up an appointment —> Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
If you don't see a 'disabled' message but do have general issues with Face ID not working properly, explore the list of things to try in this document: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If the first 8 don't solve the issue then use #9, contact Apple.

The hardware was damaged by the drop, and the iPhone will need to be repaired if you want to continue to use Face ID.

If you still can't enroll your face or unlock your device with Face ID, you can take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support about your iPhone or your iPad.

So to confirm, you have no backups, can’t remember your passwords, and now no working Face ID?
Were you possibly using iCloud Keychain? if so, many of your passwords should still be available there.
If you can use your iPhone enough to turn on iCloud Keychain and to get a backup, the rest can be mostly recovered. Then you can get the Face ID hardware repaired. (If you had password-protected Notes and forgot the password, you’ll either need to remember the password, or those are gone.)
