Disabling specific shortcuts in Mac OS

I've encountered a problem that I can't change or disable specific shortcuts in Mac OS, specifically the shift+cmd+q and ctrl+cmd+q which are used to prompt system log out and lock the screen. I work with graphic software and alike and those specific shortcuts I used to use for my most frequent tools back on Windows. Having these particular key combinations being blocked by these system features makes the work quite uncomfortable as I have to resort to reorganizing me entire hotkey list in my work programs.

Is there any way at all to disable these 2 hotkey combinations?

I would leave the default shortcuts, baked in short cuts in the macOS...
