How do you report a post that’s off-topic, inappropriate, or offensive?

Hello! I am a newer member to helping people with their issues on this website, and i want to level up. Apple recommended me to report something that is off topic or inappropriate, but i haven't found a button or anything to do such. Please reply if you have any feedback!

A button appears once you reach level 2.

Copy the URL for the topic/post you feel in offensive and post the link here. Other users with the ability to report abuse can then take a look.
