Make file name visible on iCloud photos

I have been downloading photos from iCloud and then uploading them to Microsoft OneDrive. I lost my place in the process, and I can't see file names in iCloud any sooner than two clicks on each photo. I have four days to download from iCloud. The process of making copies in Google Photos takes 3-7 days, I read, so I would like to proceed with what I started instead.

This is on option: Transfer a copy of your iCloud Photos collection to another service - Apple Support

The other is to sync to your computer using Photos or iCloud for Windows. Once on your machine you can send them elsewhere.
