Why I cant load my ICOCA transit card using non US credit card
I have transfered my physical ICOCA transit card to my iPhone wallet. But i cannot load it anymore using non US credit card. Im using Philippine issued credit card

You may unable to reload the balance of your transit card from Japan, with Visa card in Wallet app due to a known issue. Try to reload your card with Mastercard and other card.
