I have a Lock Screen pic I want to use but I want a different Home Screen. I want to keep the family photo on the Lock Screen but want to use the Real Time Weather on the Home Screen. I haven't found a way to do this in any of the forums. Can this be done?

jimmy ~ Yes, it can be done, but it's easier to do than explain!... If I remember correctly, the key is to set up two focus modes with your different wallpapers assigned to each. I did a little extra by setting up two custom shortcuts called Going Out & Back Home to more easily set the appropriate focus mode.

Unless you go through the somewhat involved process that Alancito has kindly outlined, there is no longer a way to do that. I have one where the two are different but, that's because it carried over from before the update.
You can let Apple know it's something you'd like to see here:
jimmy ~ Shown below are the icons for my Going Out & Back Home custom shortcuts which are nicer to use to set Focus than Control Center. They each use the Shortcuts app's 'Set Focus' action – here's that action in my Going Out shortcut:

I checked that link before posting my question. The only changes it will let me make from my Lock Screen are;
Color, which only changes to a full color screen, that's all.
Gradient, which only changes to a color blend from top to bottom.
Photo lets me choose a separate photo.
I wanted something more.
