Circle View Doorbell No Response

After the last 2 or 3 iOS updates we have had no response from our doorbell. Last night I attempted to try and fix the issue. After a hard reset, uninstall from HomeKit and having to reset our router to get it reinstalled today I was able to get it to work for about 2 minutes today. Now it is back on the house with a green status light and no response again. I have tried resetting it again to no avail. Unfortunately due to our ISP I am unable to do anything with our router other then reset it but it the same router we have had for 2 years with no problems. Any suggestions?
